The problem

Every booking started as a message. Someone would ask what a treatment cost, then what times were free, then send their details in a third message, all mixed in with everything else in one Instagram inbox. Kayla was answering the same questions daily, chasing consultation details before appointments, and losing enquiries that got buried.

What I built

A real website with treatment and pricing pages, and a five-step booking flow: pick a treatment, pick a length, choose when, fill in the consultation form, send. It arrives as one complete message instead of a conversation spread over two days. There's a search box on the homepage that answers the common questions (prices, how to book, what a treatment involves) before anyone needs to ask.

What changed

Enquiries arrive with the treatment, the timing and the consultation answers already attached. The back-and-forth that used to happen in DMs now happens on the site, at whatever hour the client is actually free to do it.

Built at phone width first

Most of the traffic arrives on a phone, so the narrow layout is the one that gets designed and the wide one is the adaptation, rather than the other way round.

In her words

I'd been thinking about getting my business presence out there for a while. I'd been advertising through Instagram and it was going really well, but I wanted to take it further. I had so many different ideas and things I wanted to bring together, but I didn't know how to turn them into one clear solution.

David came to me, offered me a call, and after just one conversation I explained what I had in mind. A few days later, he came back to me with an idea that was exactly what I had been looking for over the previous few weeks. I was honestly shocked that he had managed to turn all those messy ideas into something so clear in such a short space of time.

I'm so happy with the results. It's something I now use regularly for my business, from the website and booking system to automating the client experience from start to finish.

I'm really happy with the work David has done and would definitely work with him again. He's genuinely down to earth, easy to work with and puts his clients first.
